Krisna, a young man from a wealthy family who had recently returned from studying abroad, fell in love at first sight with Indira, a singer at her family`s cafe. Their love was mutual, and they began a secret relationship, but they faced opposition from Krisna`s mother, Gayatri, who attempted to separate them by sending Indira to Korea. Krisna was overjoyed when he learned that Indira was pregnant with their child, but upon discovering the news, Gayatri forced Indira to terminate the pregnancy, fearing the scandal that would arise from having a grandchild born to a cafe singer.
